Early on, I found it interesting to look at solving the problem with a chatbot. I developed a entire dialog and interfaces of what this would look like. The dialoge encompassed all the relevant sections needed for Willow to use the service efficiently and without getting lost. She could also skip through sections, choose where to start or require more information on specific sections. Ultimately, the chatbot wasn't chosen as it wasn't relevant for the user who wanted to plan her party over several months, not on the go.
